PhysiCal collects and stores only the information necessary to provide and personalize the application's core functionality.
PhysiCal may also request access to health and fitness information available through Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect, such as activity, exercise, calories, and nutrition-related information, depending on the features enabled by the user.
Health and fitness information obtained through Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect is accessed on a need-to-use basis to provide the requested functionality. This information is processed when required by the application and is not stored on PhysiCal's servers.
For example, information such as activity, exercise, calories burned, and nutrition-related information may be read from the user's connected health platform to provide calculations and estimates within the application. This information is used temporarily for the requested functionality and is not retained by PhysiCal after it is no longer required for that operation.
We do not sell users' personal information or use health and fitness information obtained through HealthKit or Health Connect for advertising or marketing purposes.
PhysiCal stores only the basic user information required to maintain the user's profile and provide the application's core functionality, such as height, weight, age, gender, activity level, name, and email address when applicable.
These stored data are retained while the user's account remains active and are deleted when the user requests deletion of their account, subject to any information that may be required to be retained by applicable law.
Health and fitness information accessed through Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect is not stored or retained on PhysiCal's servers. Such information is accessed only when needed to provide the application's features and is processed temporarily for that purpose.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information stored by PhysiCal.
We do not share users' personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
PhysiCal may use third-party services, such as Google Firebase, for services including authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or other application functionality.
These third-party service providers may process certain information on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable requirements.
PhysiCal may also interact with Apple HealthKit and Android Health Connect to access health and fitness information when the user grants the required permissions.
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of the personal information stored by PhysiCal.
You may also revoke PhysiCal's access to Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect at any time through the relevant device settings.
